Vandex BB75E-Z is a crack accommodating, surface applied, cement based waterproofing render for positive and negative water pressure applications. This two component, polymer modified, cementitious, waterproofing membrane is made by mixing Vandex BB75-Z with Vandex Elasticiser PK 75. It is excellent for solving water seepage problems through concrete and masonry where live cracks are present in both new and old structures. Can be applied to either the positive or negative pressure faces of concrete or masonry.
