The mixing process involves placing clean water in the mixer vessel and slowly adding the dry powder contents, mixing continuously for proper consistency development.

Temperature Limitations

• Low temperature working: At temperatures of 5°C or below, it is recommended to use hot water (30-40°C) to accelerate strength development, with formwork maintenance required for at least 36 hours.
• High temperature working: At ambient temperatures above 35°C, cool water (below 23°C) should be used for mixing the grout prior to placement.

A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is available from the Fosroc website. The product is alkaline and should not come in contact with skin and eyes.
